• ◆ Fitting instructions=>from Page37-97 (assembling planetary gearbox).
• ◆ Order of removal: Item 2, 19, 18, 23, 8, 7, 6, 5, 22, 21, 20, 4, 3, 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.

• ◆ To remove, unscrew bolt -Item 22-

• Assembly
• ◆ With 3rd and 4th gear clutch -K3- with turbine shaft
• ◆ With 1st to 3rd gear clutch -K1-
• ◆ On some gearboxes the clutches -K1- and -K3- may be pressed together
• ◆ Pressing -K1- off -K3-
• ◆ With reverse gear clutch -K2-
• ◆ With 2nd and 4th gear brake -B2-
• ◆ With supporting tube for -B2-
• ◆ Lift up and out together at the turbine shaft

• ◆ Take off
• ATF pump
• ◆ To remove, unscrew all the bolts -Item 8-
• ◆ To press off the pump, screw two M8 bolts evenly into the two threaded holes

• Reverse gear brake -B1-
• ◆ Remove pressure plate together with plates and shim(s) from the top
• Washer for axial needle bearing
• ◆ Take off
• Axial needle bearing

• Gearbox housing with input gear
• ◆ Input gear does not have to be removed when dismantling planetary gearbox
