Removing
-
‒ Remove sump and baffle plate => Page 17-10.
-
‒ → Screw out bolt -2-.
-
‒ Pull chain sprocket off oil pump shaft.

‒ Screw out bolts -1- and -3- and detach oil pump.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

‒ Insert dowel sleeves in top of oil pump.
-
‒ Installation position of oil pump shaft/chain sprocket: Can only be fitted in one position
-
‒ Install sump => Page 17-22.
-
‒ Pour in engine oil and check oil level.
