Removing and installing combination valve for secondary air system
Removing and installing combination valve for secondary air system
   
Removing
–  Remove engine cover panel -1-.
–  Remove air cleaner cover -2-.
  A10-0983
–  Detach hose -2- leading to exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18-.
–  Detach crankcase breather hose -4- from air pipe.
–  Remove air pipe by releasing hose clips -1- and -3-.

–  Remove bolts -1-.
–  Disconnect hose -2- from combination valve for secondary air.
–  Detach combination valve for secondary air.

Shown from rear with engine removed for illustration purposes.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
  Note
t  Renew seals and gaskets.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.
