Special tools, testers and auxiliary items

• ◆ Hexagon nut from assembly tool 3301
• ◆ Extractor tube from assembly tool 3350
• ◆ Press tool 3367 for viscous fan coupling bush

Removing

• ‒ Remove ribbed belt => Page 13-18.
• ‒ Remove viscous fan (with belt pulley) => Fig. 13-17.

• ‒ → Remove circlip -arrow- for bush.

• ‒ → Pull bearing out of bracket using nut from assembly tool 3301, bolt from press tool for viscous fan 3367 and tube 3350.

Installing

• ‒ → Press in bearing with press tool for viscous fan 3367 and nut from assembly tool 3301.
• ‒ Fit circlip in bracket for viscous fan using angle circlip pliers.
• ‒ Install viscous fan => Fig. 13-17.
