Checking chain tensioner - “engine generation III”
   
Checking chain tensioner - “engine generation III”
–  Remove sump (bottom section) → Chapter.
–  Insert screwdriver between chain and chain tensioner and lever screwdriver against tensioner in direction of -arrow-.
If spring tension is not felt and chain is not tensioned:
–  Renew chain tensioner → Chapter.
