Removing
–  Move lock carrier to service position → Rep. Gr.50.
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
  Note
Central bolt does not have to be loosened when removing pulley/vibration damper.
–  Unbolt pulley/vibration damper.
   
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Ensure that notches -arrows- in pulley/vibration damper are aligned with locating lugs on toothed belt sprocket.
–  Install poly V-belt → Anchor.
–  Install lock carrier → Rep. Gr.50.
