t  Lifting tackle -2024 A-
t  Engine and gearbox support -VAS 6095-
t  Workshop hoist -VAS 6100-
t  Lift arm extension (workshop hoist) -VAS 6101-

   
Procedure
l  Engine separated from gearbox → Chapter.
–  Attach the lifting tackle -2024 A- to engine and workshop hoist -VAS 6100- with lift arm extension (workshop hoist) -VAS 6101- as shown in the illustration.
  Note
To adjust to the centre of gravity of the assembly, the perforated rails of the support hooks must be positioned as shown.
  WARNING
The hook attachments and locating pins on the lifting tackle must be secured with locking pins.
–  Lift engine off the support elements on scissor-type assembly platform -VAS 6131-.

–  Secure the engine to engine and gearbox support -VAS 6095- as shown in the illustration.
