1 - 10 Nm
q   Install using locking fluid; for locking fluid refer to → Parts catalogue
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Washer
4 - 22 Nm
5 - Tensioning lever with bearing bush
6 - O-ring
q   Renew if damaged
q   Locates → Item, → Item and → Item when assembled
7 - 22 Nm
8 - 55 Nm
9 - Washer
10 - Locating plate
q   Side labelled “rear/hinten” faces rear
11 - Camshaft sprocket (right-side)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter „Removing and installing toothed belt“
q   Remove using two-arm puller -T40001-
12 - Shim
13 - 10 Nm
q   Install using locking fluid; for locking fluid refer to → Parts catalogue
14 - 10 Nm
q   Install using locking fluid; for locking fluid refer to → Parts catalogue
15 - Toothed belt cover (rear right)
16 - 10 Nm
17 - Coolant pump
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
18 - Gasket
q   Renew
19 - Toothed belt cover (rear left)
20 - Camshaft sprocket (left-side)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter „Removing and installing toothed belt“
q   Remove using two-arm puller -T40001-
21 - Locating plate
q   Side labelled “rear/hinten” faces rear
22 - Toothed belt
q   Before removing, mark direction of rotation with chalk or felt-tipped pen. If the belt runs in the opposite direction when it is refitted, this can cause breakage.
q   Check for wear
q   Removing → Chapter
q   Installing (adjusting valve timing) → 
23 - 55 Nm
24 - Idler roller
25 - Crankshaft sprocket
q   Contact surface between sprocket and crankshaft must be free of oil
q   Can only be installed in one position
26 - Tensioning roller with bearing bush
27 - 43 Nm
28 - 200 Nm + 180° (1/2 turn) further
q   Renew
q   Do not additionally lubricate
q   Use locking pin -3242- when loosening and tightening
29 - Tensioner
30 - Toothed belt cover (bottom)
