→ Read measured value block (function 08) and select display group 07, engine stopped => Page .
Read measured value block 7     ⇒
    15.4 oC    15.9 oC    16.7 oC
  • ‒ Observe reading in display field 1.

A substitute value of -5.6 oC is displayed in the event of a break in the cable to the fuel temperature sender.

  • ‒ If reading in display field 1 is unrealistic or if substitute temperature of -5.6 oC is displayed, connect up test box =>Page 23-37.
  • ‒ Detach sender connector => Overview of fitting locations, Page 23-4.

Check the following cable connections for short circuit to positive/negative and breaks.
