• ◆ Fitting location of fuel filter: at rear of engine compartment, right side.
• ◆ All hose connections must be secured with hose clips (same as original parts).

• ◆ For fuel filter
• Plastic insert
• ◆ Slide onto filter

• Seal
• ◆ Renew
• Vent screw - 10 Nm
• ◆ Loosen in order to drain water
• Fuel return pipe
• ◆ To fuel tank
• Control valve
• ◆ Installation position: arrow points towards fuel tank
• ◆ When changing filter, remove securing clip and take control valve off complete with fuel pipes
• ◆ Watch O-ring in fuel filter flange when fitting
• ◆ Temperatures below + 15 °C:
  Passage to filter open
• ◆ Temperatures over + 31 °C:
  Passage to filter closed

• 5 Nm
• Retaining plate
• Fuel return pipe
• ◆ From injection pump
• O ring
• ◆ Renew
• Fuel supply pipe
• ◆ From fuel tank
• Fuel supply pipe
• ◆ To injection pump
• Fuel filter flange
• Fuel filter
• ◆ Drain off water or renew filter at intervals specified in Service Schedule

• ◆ Fill with diesel before installing
• ◆ Tighten by hand

• Seal
• ◆ Renew if damaged
• Water drain plug
• ◆ Loosen and allow approx. 100 cm3 fluid to drain
• ◆ Loosen vent screw -Item 4- in order to drain water
• 10 Nm
• 25 Nm
