  • ◆ V.A.G 1275 Hose clamp pliers
  • ◆ V.A.G 1331 Torque wrench
  • ◆ V.A.G 1332 Torque wrench

This exploded view applies to both LHD and RHD vehicles.

Notes:

  • ◆ Replace self-locking nuts and bolts.
  • ◆ Steering components are not to be welded and straightened.
  • ◆ For greasing rack, make exclusive use of steering box grease, part no.
    AOF 063 000 04.
  • ◆ Hydraulic fluid: Part no. G 002 000

    • ◆ Check dust caps for damage and correct positioning
  • Lock nut, 40 Nm
