Sequence of operations
l  Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system -VAS 5051B- connected and vehicle self-diagnosis selected → Chapter
l  Ignition on
   
Display on -VAS 5051B-:
–  From list -1- select vehicle system “01 - Engine electronics”.
–  Wait until next display appears.

Display on -VAS 5051B-:
1 - Identification of engine control unit
2 - Control unit identification of immobilizer
–  Touch → key.

Display on -VAS 5051B-:
–  From the list -1-, select function “11 - Login procedure” or “11 - Encoding II”.
  A01-0122
Display on -VAS 5051B-:
1 - Enter code word
Activating CCS:
–  On the keypad -2-, touch keys 11463 and confirm the entry by touching the Q key.
Deactivating CCS:
–  On the keypad -2-, touch keys 16167 and confirm the entry by touching the Q key.
Continued:
–  Terminate function “11 - Login procedure” or “11 - Encoding II” by touching ← key.
–  Touch “06 - End output”.
–  Switch off ignition and unplug diagnostic connector.
