Removing and installing transmitter/receiver unit -Saloon-

Removing
 
A91-0201
  • ‒ → From the luggage compartment, remove securing bolt -arrow- (2 Nm) from bracket -1-; the two other bolts are only loosened.
  • ‒ Then remove the transmitter/receiver unit -2- together with the bracket.
 
A91-0202
  • ‒ → Disconnect electrical connector -1- and aerial connection -2-.
  • ‒ Loosen securing bolts (2 Nm) at bracket in order to detach transmitter/receiver unit from bracket.

Installing:

  • ‒ Installation is performed in the reverse sequence to removal.

Notes:

  • ◆ Ensure correct seating of connector.
  • ◆ Tighten aerial connection firmly in order to prevent interference (damping effect).
