  Note
Outer sill panel trim cannot be removed without damaging it irreparably.
   
–  Heat sill panel trim with hot air blower and lift off carefully.
–  Clean bonding surface with petrol, treat with silicone remover and rub dry.
l  Bond on sill panel trim at ambient temperature only.
l  Allow vehicle and sill panel trim to adjust to ambient temperature for at least 2 hours prior to performing work.
l  Once the protective film has been removed, the protective strip must be fitted on the vehicle within 90 minutes.
–  Heat areas to be bonded with a hot air blower to approx. 40°C.

–  Peel protective film off double-sided adhesive strip shortly before fitting.
–  Clip in and press on sill panel trim.
l  Vehicle must be kept at ambient temperature for 4 hours after bonding on trim strip.
