Checking
Zero position can be checked with sunroof panel fitted.
–  Trim panels removed
–  Retract sunroof panel and close again.
–  On vehicles with glass panel, push back sliding headliner as far as it will go.
–  On vehicles with solar panel, retract sunroof panel.
   
–  Pull sunroof headliner downwards slightly in direction of -arrow- and push it in towards rear of vehicle.
–  Close sunroof.

–  If zero position is correct, guide pin -1- in tilt arm must be centrally aligned with marking -arrow- on slotted guide -2-.
–  On vehicles with solar panel, slide headliner from rear to front until it engages (sunroof panel closed).

–  At the same time, actuator -2- must slide into guide -1- at rear of sliding headliner.
–  Headliner is also tilted when sunroof is in tilted position.
