Removing and installing head restraints without slide-in locking mechanism

Removing
–  Press and hold release button -2- in direction of -arrow A- and pull head restraint -1- out upwards as far as possible -arrow B-.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Push head restraint into head restraint guides until you hear it click into place.
