Note
t | The RS bucket seat has no side airbag. Therefore, the electrical connection for the side airbag in the vehicle wiring harness must be provided with a terminating resistor. |
t | Depending on the version, this terminating resistor is either attached directly to wiring harness, or fitted as a separate connector housing with terminating resistor → Chapter. |
1 - | Front seat |
Removing |
– | Move front seat -1- as far upwards and to rear as possible. |
– | Unscrew bolts -3- (2x) at front. |
– | Move seat forwards. |
– | Detach seat belt eye at outer anchoring point on seat and remove seat belt from belt guide. |
– | Unscrew bolts -4- (2x) at rear. |
– | Tilt front seat -1- backwards. |
– | Unplug electrical connectors → Chapter. |
Installing |
Install in reverse order of removal. |

q | Tightening torque: 50 Nm |
