| t | Removing: |
| – | Detach lock cover. |
| – | Loosen flocked bolt -3- in handle. |
| – | Remove warning triangle. |
| – | Remove bolts -4- (2x). |
| – | Detach bracket -5- for warning triangle. |
| Vehicles with manual release: |
| – | Detach handle for manual release → Fig.. |
| All vehicles: |
| – | Unfasten the ten clips -2- on rear lid trim and unclip from underneath. |
| t | Installing: |
| Install in reverse order of removal. |
| 2 - | Clips (10 x) |
| 3 - | Bolt (1x) in handle |
| q | Tightening torque: 2 Nm |
| 4 - | Bolts (2x) |
| q | Tightening torque: 2 Nm |
| 5 - | Bracket for warning triangle |
