Removing:
–
Remove centre console extension.
→ Rep. Gr.68

Item 3, ESP sensor
–
Item 1, A/C operating unit
ESP sensor is located in centre console beneath ashtray.
–
Connector for ESP sensor is located behind large wiring harness.
–
Unplug connector
-arrow-
for ESP sensor.
–
Unscrew cap nuts
-2-
(2x).
Tightening torque for nuts: 10 Nm.
Installing
Remaining installation steps are carried out in reverse sequence:
–
Install centre console extension.
→ Rep. Gr.68
Lateral acceleration sensor is sensitive to severe shocks or jolts.
If the sensor has been dropped by mistake it may not work properly and must not be installed in the vehicle.
