1 - Bolt
2 - Intake housing
q   Not to be further dismantled
q   With recirculated-air flap and two air flow/fresh-air flaps
3 - Holder
q   For evaporator refrigerant pipes
4 - Air duct
q   Consists of top and bottom section
5 - Evaporator
q   Check for complete insulation at refrigerant pipes
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Attaching seal to evaporator → Chapter
q   Check type of seal at connections and refrigerant pipes (must be designed for same type of seal) → Chapter and → Parts List
q   The evaporator removed contains refrigerant oil which has to be returned to the refrigerant circuit → Air conditioner with refrigerant R134a
6 - Evaporator seal
q   Attaching seal to evaporator → Chapter
7 - Air distributor housing
q   Not to be dismantled
q   With temperature flaps and air distributor flaps
q   The connecting elements in the air distributor housing between temperature flaps 1 and temperature flaps 2 are visible after detaching the air distributor housing → Chapter.
8 - Front footwell vents
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
