Removing air cleaner housing - vehicles with 6-cyl. petrol engine

Procedure

–	Detach cover (right-side) -1- in engine compartment.

–	Unscrew bolts -arrows-.

–	Detach activated charcoal filter solenoid valve 1 -N80--item 1- at air duct.

–	Remove air duct -2-.

–	Pull off lines / unplug electrical connectors:

1 -	at solenoid valve 1 for activated charcoal filter -N80-

2 -	vacuum hose at solenoid valve 1 for activated charcoal filter -N80-

3 -	at air mass meter -G70-

–	Pull off hose connections; move lines -4- and -5- clear.

–	Remove air cleaner housing -arrows-.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment) → Parts catalogue.

–	Install air cleaner housing → Rep. Gr.24.
