Removing and installing striker

Removing
–  Unscrew bolts -2- and detach striker -1-.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
  Note
t  The striker shim plate with the pins -arrows- must be positioned exactly in the hole.
t  After adjusting the striker, the pins must be sheared off cleanly.
t  When a new part is installed, the sheared-off striker pins must be removed from the vehicle.
