Moving front seats to service position

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Removal wedge -3409-
  W00-0016
Setting service position
–  Move head restraint to lowest detent position.
–  Move seat as far towards rear and top as possible.
  Note
For greater clarity, the surrounding area is not shown in the illustration.
–  If fitted, prise caps -1- off seat rail -2- using removal wedge -3409-.

–  Using removal wedge -3409- unclip cover -1- at front and pull it off connector point -2- in direction of -arrow-.
  Note
Do not unplug electrical wiring.
Taking seat out of service position
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Make sure lug on cover has been properly inserted in connector point.
–  Engage cover properly with connector point.
