| Equipment version with side airbag (rear): Remove side airbag (rear) → Chapter. |

| Equipment version with fixed rear seat backrest: Remove fixed rear seat backrest → Chapter. |

| Starting at front, use removal wedge -3409- to unclip sill panel trim -1- from side member -arrow A-. |

| Unclip sill panel trim at side panel -arrows B- and detach. |
| Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following: |

| If there are still clips for the sill panel trim in the body mounting points, they must be removed and inserted in the sill panel trim when installing. |

| Check the clips for damage or deformation and renew them if necessary. |

| Insert sill panel trim in C-pillar trim and press onto side member until it engages audibly. |
| –
| Fold over lip of door seal. |
