Removing and installing body brace

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-

Removing

–	Unclip and detach plenum chamber cover -1- and -3-.

–	Remove bolt -1- and guide electronics box off body brace in direction of -arrow-.

–	Unscrew bolts -1- and nuts -2- and take out body brace -3-.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence. Note the following points:
