Insert coolant pump - 2 -.

‹› Installed location: Sealing plug in housing points downward

Tighten bolts. Refer to - 1 - of coolant pump to 15 Nm.

Install toothed belt. Refer to => [ Toothed Belt ] See: Engine/Timing Components/Timing Belt/Service and Repair.

Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed
Belt.

Fill with coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Install lock carrier with attachments. Refer to => 

Radiator Support See: Body and Frame/Radiator Support

Place torque support stop onto rubber buffer for torque support under its own weight and tighten nuts - arrows -.

-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Check headlight adjustment. 

Tightening Specifications
