Intake Flap Motor with Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor

For installation location of the intake flap motor (V157). Refer to => [ Intake Manifold Assembly Overview ] See: Intake Manifold Assembly
Overview.

Removing

-

Remove engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] See: Access Cover/Service and Repair/Engine Cover.

Remove coolant expansion tank - arrow -.

-

Open the open hose clamp on the charge air hose - 2 - and remove the hose from the throttle valve control module ( J338).

-

Remove bolt - 1 - from coolant pipe.
