Headlight Beam Adjusting Motor, Repair Kit

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Protective eyewear

‹› Protective gloves

‹› Faulty headlamp beam adjusting motors can be replaced by installing repair kit.

‹› Completely replacing the headlamp is not necessary.

Removing

-

Remove headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps, from MY 2007 ] See: Service and Repair/Halogen Headlamps/Headlamps, From MY 2007. 

-

Cut cover - 2 - along perforation using a sturdy box cutter - 1 -.

-

Slide adjusting axle ball head down and off ball head mount by tipping adjusting motor.

-

Disconnect electrical connector and remove headlamp beam adjusting motor with cover cut off.

-

Remove screws and remove headlamp beam adjusting motor from cover.
