Hold-down fastener

‹› Remove convertible top compartment cover insulation.

‹› Remove bolt => [ (Item 5) Screw ].

‹› Pull hold-down fastener out sideways and remove.

‹› 21 Nm

Tension plate

‹› Striker pin is aligned to convertible top compartment cover latch. 

‹› It must align with latch housing on inside.

‹› When closed, striker pin must have enough clearance in latch cover opening.
