Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

Headlamp Switch

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] See: Service Precautions/Contact Corrosion.

Removing

-

Press light switch - arrow 1 - and turn toward the right simultaneously - arrow 2 -.

-

Hold switch in this position.

-

Remove light switch from switch housing - arrow 3 -. 

-

Unplug connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Press button unit into switch housing until lock mechanism engages.
