Remove sun visor. Refer to => [ Sun Visor ] .

Remove upper trim on A-pillar. Refer to => [ Upper A-Pillar Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal
and Replacement.

Remove upper B-pillar trim. Refer to => [ Upper B-Pillar Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement.

Remove roof end. Refer to => [ Roof Panel ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Remove D-pillar trim. Refer to => [ D-Pillar Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement
.

Disconnect connector on side curtain airbag. Refer to => [ Side Curtain Airbag Connector, Disconnecting ]

Remove the bolt - 4 -.

Remove bolts (Qty. 2) - 1 - in area of gas generator. 

-

Loosen cap nut - 2 - in area of gas generator.

-

Remove the bolts - 1 -.

-

Unclip bracket - 3 - and remaining brackets up to bracket - 5 - from roof frame.

Remove cap nut - 2 - in area of gas generator.

-

Firmly hold side curtain airbag, unclip bracket - 5 - from roof frame and remove airbag from vehicle.
