‹› Adjustment pin for shift lock (3352 A)

‹› Angle grinder

‹› Protective glasses

Work preparations

‹› The procedure described below will save you the effort of removing the center console.

Cut through adjustment pin for shift lock 3 ( 3352 A) at rear end of flat area - arrow - using a cutting grinder.

CAUTION!
Wear protective glasses.

-

Order a new Adjustment Pin for Shift Lock (3352 A) as a replacement for other applications.

Adjustment requirements

‹› Locking cable in the installation position

‹› Selector lever in position "P".

‹› Ignition key in removal position.

Procedure

Remove the shift mechanism cover. Refer to => [ Selector Mechanism Cover ] See: Shifter A/T/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/09LA Transmission/Selector Mechanism Cover.

‹› The selector lever handle and covers can remain installed.

Remove ashtray in center console.
