Assembly overview

NOTE:

-

When installing new window, clean and prime glass as described in section on installing windshield.

-

When installing undamaged, used window, apply adhesive directly to freshly cut residual bead.

Markings on gap cover (arrow) must align smoothly with window edge

Spacer

Install at side in cover before installing window

Spacer

Glue on spacer at center of lower window edge and at center of left and right window edge.

Spacing dimension - a - = 30 mm to window edge
