Check fuse S130 (40A) in electronics box of plenum chamber, (Pos. 4).

Check for open circuit in wiring from battery + (terminal 30) to fuse S130 for secondary air injection pump relay (in 3-position in E-box of plenum
chamber, position 2).

Connect multimeter as follows to measure voltage.
^
Operate starter briefly.
