Remove lock cylinder.

Open the clips - arrows - and remove the cap - 1 - from the lock cylinder - 2 -. Use a screwdriver if necessary.
Installation
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

Press the lock cylinder cover cap on until it engages audibly.
