5 - Bleeder valve

‹› Apply a thin coat of assembly paste (G 052 150 A2) to the threads before screwing in.

‹› 15 Nm

6 - Brake caliper housing

7 - Retaining spring

‹› Ensure installation position is correct.

8 - Protective cap

‹› Do not damage when installing piston

‹› Coat with Assembly Paste (G 052 150 A2)

9 - Pistons

‹› First apply thin coat of brake cylinder paste ( G 052 150 A2) on piston 

‹› Diameter 57 mm.

10 - Seal

‹› Coat with assembly paste (G 052 150 A2). 

11 - Brake carrier

‹› Removing and Installing => [ Brake Caliper with Front Brake Carrier ] See: Brake Caliper with Front Brake Carrier

‹› The 4 retaining pins for the brake pads on the brake carrier must not be loosened under any circumstances.

12 - Bolt

‹› 196 Nm
