Remove drive gear - 1 - and toothed belt -  2 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump and Thermostat Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pump and Thermostat Assembly

Overview. 

‹› Replace the drive gear bolt.

‹› Replace seals and O-rings.

‹› Note the toothed belt sprocket installation location => [ (Item 16) Drive gear for toothed belt ] See: Coolant Pump and Thermostat Assembly

Overview.

Install small coolant pipe => [ Small Coolant Pipe ] See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Small Coolant Pipe.

Fill with coolant. Refer to => [ Filling ] See: Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
