Daytime Running Lamp Bulb

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Protective gloves

‹› Protective eyewear

‹› Box cutter

Removing

-

Remove headlamp housings => [ Headlamp Housing ]. See: Headlamp/Service and Repair/Halogen Headlamps/Headlamp Housing

‹› To replace the daytime running lamp bulb, the headlamp housing must be cut at the location provided with a sharp box cutter.

‹› A housing cover can be ordered to seal the assembly opening.

CAUTION!
There is a risk of injury and damage.

‹› Wear protective gloves and eyewear.

‹› To avoid damaged electrical wires in the headlamp housing, do not cut too deep.

Cut cover - 1 - out of the headlamp housing with a sharp box cutter.

Turn socket - 2 - counterclockwise - arrow  - and remove from housing.
