Place selector lever in position "P".

Start engine and switch off again after 20 seconds.

Once more, add ATF using ATF filler tool (V.A.G 1924) until ATF drips from the inspection opening.

Start engine.

Continue adding ATF using ATF filler tool (V.A.G 1924) until ATF drips from the inspection opening again.

Tighten ATF inspection plug.

While pressing the brake pedal and with the vehicle at idle, shift through all selector lever positions ("P", "R", " N", "D" and "S") leaving each
position engaged for at least 10 seconds.

Place selector lever in position "N".

Increase engine speed to 2000 rpm and maintain for at least 60 seconds.

Place selector lever in position "P".

Check ATF level and top off. Refer to => [ ATF Level, Checking ] See: ATF Level, Checking.

Install rear noise insulation.
