Suppressor

Observe notes on contact corrosion => [ Contact Corrosion ] See: Service Precautions.

Removing

-

Remove fuse panel B (SB) in the engine compartment E-box => [ Fuse Panel B in Engine Compartment E-Box ] See: Fuse Block/Service and
Repair/Fuse Panel B in Engine Compartment E-Box.

‹› The electrical connectors do not need to be disconnected.

-

Disconnect cable tie - 2 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.

-

Remove suppressor (C24) - 3 -. 

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

‹› When installing, install cable ties at same location.

Install fuse panel B (SB) in the engine compartment E-box => [ Fuse Panel B in Engine Compartment E-Box ] See: Fuse Block/Service and
Repair/Fuse Panel B in Engine Compartment E-Box.
