Push the lock downward - arrow A - and move the charge air cooler upward slightly in - direction of arrow B -.

Remove the charge air cooler upward from the radiator -  arrows A - and push it in - direction of arrow B -. 

-

Remove charge air cooler from the left side downward - arrow C -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview ] See: Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview. 

‹› The hose connections and charge air system hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. 

‹› In order to be able to mount the charge air hoses on their connectors, spray the screws on the previously used clamps with a rust remover.
