Turbocharger Air Intake Hose: Service and Repair

Air Ducts with Connector Couplings

CAUTION!
The seal could be damaged if the securing clip is in the locked position during installation. A damaged seal can leak.

‹› Follow the assembly instructions.

Removing

Proceed as follows:

Release connector coupling by pulling locking clip - arrow  -. Separate the air ducts without using tools.

Installing

-

If the seal is replaced, place it in the groove on the air guide hose.

‹› The seal must sit in the groove all the way around and must not be twisted.

Lubricate the sealing surfaces and the seal.

Bring securing clip into the release position - 1 -.
