Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

Charge Air Pressure Sensor

Removing

-

Disconnect connector - 1 - on the Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31).

-

Remove bolts - arrows - and remove the Charge Air Pressure Sensor (G31) from the air duct pipe. 

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview ] See: Fuel Delivery and Air

Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview. 

‹› Replace O-ring.
