CAUTION!

Remove driver airbag. Refer to => [ Driver Airbag Igniter ]. 

CAUTION!
Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, disconnecting the electrical connector), the person handling it must "discharge
static electricity". This can be done by touching door striker, for example.

Disconnect the electrical connectors - 1 - and -  5 -.

Using a small screwdriver, release the connector retainers -  4 - and remove the electrical connectors - 2 - for the driver airbag igniter (N95) and - 
3 - for the driver airbag igniter 2 (N250).

Disengage the electrical wire at the brackets - 6 - and free it up.

‹› Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, connecting the electrical connector), the person handling it must "discharge

static electricity". This can be done by touching door striker, for example. 

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Ensure that electrical connections are pushed in as far as stop and engage with a click.
