Remove front seat:

‹› Standard and Sport Power Seat, Comfort Seat and Super Sport Seat. Refer to => [ Power Standard Front Seats ] See: Body and

Attach front seat to Fixture For Seat Repair ( VAS 6136) => [ Front Seat, Installing on VAS 6136 ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and

Remove backrest panel:
‹› Two section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover, Version 1 ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Manual Standard Front Seats.
‹› One section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover, Version 2 ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Manual Standard Front Seats.

Remove the front backrest. Refer to => [ Front Backrest ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual
Standard Front Seats.

Remove the front seat backrest. Refer to => [ Front Backrest ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual
Standard Front Seats.

Remove the padding from the backrest until the side airbag bolt - 7 - is accessible. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover and Upholstery ] See: Body and
Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Front Seat Covers and Upholstery; to do this carefully pull off the cover - 2 - and the padding - 3 - in
the area around the side airbag.
