Glove Box Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Instrument Panel Lamps and Switches

Glove Compartment Lamp Switch

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Disengage the fuse panel D (SD) from the right side of the instrument panel and slide it to the side => [ Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel
Fuse Panel ] See: Maintenance/Fuses and Circuit Breakers/Fuse Block/Service and Repair/Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel.

Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

-

Remove hinge pin - 1 -.

-

Release switch - 2 - counterclockwise - arrow  - and remove.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Engage the fuse panel D (SD) on the right side of the instrument panel => [ Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel ] See:
Maintenance/Fuses and Circuit Breakers/Fuse Block/Service and Repair/Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel.
