Nut

‹› Always replace after removal.

‹› Pay attention to the different nut versions and to the tightening specifications.

‹› After loosening threaded connection of guide control arm to wheel bearing housing, adhesive residue must be removed on thread of linkage

stub.

Ball Joint

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ball Joint ] See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Ball Joint/Service and Repair.

‹› Note installed position. Refer to=> [ Installing ] See: Steering and Suspension/Suspension/Ball Joint/Service and Repair.

‹› Install the ball joint into the wheel bearing housing up to the contact surface.

Nut, 90 Nm +90°

‹› Always replace after removal.

Control Arm

Left or Right Front Level Control System Sensor (G78 or G289) 

‹› Only sensors of the same version may be installed.

‹› Only remove and install or replace completely. Refer to => [ Level Control System Sensor ] See: Level Control System Sensor.

‹› The sensor lever must point toward the back.
