Specification for delivery pressure: 120 to 130 bar
If the pressure is not at the specified value, replace the power steering pump. Refer to => [ Power Steering Pump, with Dynamic Steering ] See:

Switch off engine.

Remove (V.A.G 1402).

Replacement/4-Cylinder TFSI Engine Assembly Overviews.

Note the line installation location when bolting the line connection. The markings - 1 - and - 2 - must be opposite each other.

Tighten the union nut - 1 -. Counterhold at the hex head.

Tighten the nut - 3 - and the rubber bushing - 4 - if necessary.
