Selector Lever Cable

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Pry Lever - Rmv Outside Mirror (80 - 200)

‹› Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

‹› Socket and key (T40031)

Removing

-

Pull the parking brake button to close the electro-mechanical parking brake.

-

Place selector lever in position "D".

-

Carefully pry the side of the selector lever boot retaining frame -  1 - out of the center console - arrows - using the trim removal wedge (3409) and
fold it upward.

-

Loosen the bolt on the selector lever cable approximately one turn through the opening - arrow - in the shift mechanism using socket (T40031).
