‹› A filling time of at least 5 minutes is required so that the internal oil level between the center differential and oil fill space can equalize.

Repeat filling process in steps every 15 seconds with 50 ml of gear oil until the transfer case stops accepting gear oil.

‹› The inside of the transfer case is divided into several oil chambers. The waiting period is necessary to ensure they are all filled evenly.

‹› Sealing plug with sealing ring must be replaced.

‹› Specification: Oil level is correct when the transfer case is filled up to lower edge of oil filler hole.

Tighten new sealing plug.

‹› It is not necessary to check the oil level again at this stage.
